Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for U.S. orders.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

The item must be returned in the same condition as received, with no additional wear, damage, or alterations beyond what was disclosed in the listing.

Any included accessories, such as dust bags or authenticity cards, must be returned intact.

The item must be carefully repackaged to ensure it arrives in resalable condition.

Please Note

Returns must be requested and postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.

Returns received outside the 30-day window or in excessively used or altered condition will not be accepted.

Pre-owned items showing wear consistent with the original product description are not considered defective.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refused or Return to Sender

If a package is refused or returned to sender, return shipping costs and any additional fees may be deducted from the refund, if applicable.

Order Number

Reason for Return or the item you wish to exchange for.
This will help expedite the processing of your return.

Processing Time:

Please allow 7-14 business days for the return to be processed once it has been received.

You will be notified whether the return is approved or rejected.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. If you do not see the refund by the 5th business day, please contact us at support@thefashionluxe.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or contains incorrect items, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

Exchanges:

For a faster exchange, return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item you want.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is inspected and approved.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If 5 business days have passed since the return was processed and you have not received your refund, please check your spam/junk folder.

Missing Items:

If you notice any missing items from your order, contact support@thefashionluxe.com within 5 days of receiving your package.

Please include a photo of the packing slip, the contents of the package, and the shipping label to verify your claim.

We cannot process claims for missing items after 5 days from the delivery date.
